Thermostat on 2000 Civic EX??

Thermostat on 2000 Civic EX??

It's my sisters car.

Can anyone tell me where the location of the thermostat is on this car?
Picture links would be greatly appreciated.

um its that guage on the left... at the top it says "H" and on the bottom it says "C" and there is a line in the middle where the needle should normally stay under normal use.

Um, not the temp gauge in the car.

The location of the thermostat under the hood to replace it.

there's a fat black hose that goes from the bottom of the radiator to the block and it ends up at a metal part that is held with 2 bolts. The thermostat is right there...just undo the bolts
