Default time for new plugs? low idle..

this morning it was really cold out and when i was driving to school i noticed that when i stopped at a stop sign my car idled really low, just under 1000rpm..the shifter started shaking a little more more then usually like it was going to stall, im not sure if plugs and wires have ever been done before but i have about 95,000km ..you think that could be it??

it definitely wouldn't hurt.... while you're at it change your dizzy cap and rotor, fuel filter and pcv valve....you'll be glad u did.
