Default timing

In setting the timing on my 98 civic, the manual says to disconnect the service connection and jump the two leads. The manual specifies that this is a two-connector with a green/white and a brown wire near the engine control module. The only two connector I can find there has a blue/white and a black wire. This connector goes into the wiring harnass so I can't tell whether it goes to the ECM.

Could this possibly be the correct connector? If you check the timing with this connected, is the read inaccurate? Thanks.
