Default tires

Has anyone had problems with Toyo ProxEs 4 tires? Put 4 on less than 5K miles ago and the rear are completely slick. Got caught in rain yesterday and could only maintain 40 in a 70 zone. Front tires look brand new but rear are worn slick evenly across. Toyo doesn't care and will never use these again.

well if the fronts are fine the lead foot shouldnt to it BUT IF you just rotated your tires, but if they are slick evenly across then you must have lead footed your car alot! but if only one side is smoothed then its your alignment, or both outer sides means not enough air pressure, or just the middle balled means to much air pressure in the tires.

The tires on the back of a front wheel drive car should last a lot longer than the fronts. Maybe your back wheels are badly out of alignment though that usually shows as uneven wear from side to side on the tire. Definitely have a good 4-wheel alignment check before buying new tires.

There is no mileage warranty on those tires so you do have no recourse with the manufacturer, unless you can convince them the two on the back were made wrong and should've lasted longer.

Had a 4 wheel alignment when new tires were installed. No heavy foot here. Honda garage said everything was perfect suspension wise. They are on a 2007 SI and the rears were worn evenly across, only totaly bald.
