Default Torn Boot for Outer Tie Rod...But..

Got a 92 Civic LX with 188,000 all stock. I plan on changing out both my rubber boots on my outer tie rods. But I need to buy a tool to change the boots out but I'm alittle confused on which one. I'm trying to choose between these 2 tools (No I don't wanna get both):

http://www.amazon.com/OTC-6297-BALL-..._bxgy_hi_img_b

http://www.amazon.com/OTC-7315A-Univ...xgy_auto_img_b

I'm not quite sure which will do the job. I was thinking the 1st item but then I saw the 2nd one. Would I need to take the whole Tie rod out just to change the boot, my tie rods are in good condition, it's ONLY the boots I need to switch out. So which product would I need?
