Question tranny skip/neutral

my car goes on neutral after a couple of minutes driving fine. i turn it off and back on and it runs good for a minute or two. on and off and it will works. the check ing. light is on. code po700 trans. control system according to autozone. what controls that code. ?? or does anyone had that problem before.?

fluid is fine, and it gears perfect before it goes to neutral.

How long has it been since the tranny fluid was changed? Hondas seem to be sensitive to frequency of fluid changes (auto trannies).

Default tranni fluid

the trranny fluid was changed about two week ago, but it was done trying to resolve the problem. sccaner gives a code PO700 Transmition control System. Im thingking it is a sensor but I donot know where or which one is it. Do you know?? (yes it is a automatic tranny)

You didn't say which model you have and I don't know much about the automatics, but if your car has a separate Transmission Control Module it's probably that. Flipping the key on and off won't resolve a bad sensor or solenoid but it does reboot the control computer.

Yes, transmission computer. They rarely go bad so try one from a junkyard.
