Did you use a NEW seal for the second install? Also check the surface of the axle that the seal runs on. Replacing a whole transmission for a leaky seal is not the way to go.

lol no i did not use a new seal for the second install however both time i put it in it leaked out of other spots instead for example the second install instead of leaking out of that seal it started leaking out the other side i've just had enough i found another 93 dx trans for 100 bux that doesn't leak what do you think? also note that im a baddie when it comes to cars

Well if it's leaking from the other side, just replace that seal as well, now that you know how.

$100 is a good price though even at higher prices from reputable places, the seller is just going to laugh at you if you wanted your money back because of a seal leak. If I were putting in a used transmission I'd install a set of new axle seals into it first anyway just to be sure of a longer time without leaks.

Should be flush, and stay flush. If the seals just drop in without using force, it's the wrong part.
