Check the transmission fluid level. If it is low it is likely leaking from the axle seals. Change the fluid if it is more than 30,000 miles old. Use only Honda automatic transmission fluid, not a generic ATF.

fluid level is fine. just got the car two weeks ago, dont know if fluid has been changed but i will do it this weekend, also found fluid leaking from in between trans. solenoids and distributor, dont know if it's engine oil or tranny fluid.
