trouble

I have a 4 cyl 5speed civic and It is running fine but when It gets to 3900 RPM, it will buck and sputter. When I get it to 130KM which is app 3900RPMs it will still buck and sputter. Not that i need to drive that faster but I thought I would mention it.

Your opinion would be appresiated
