Default Trouble reading spark plugs

Hello everyone This is my first post so I'm sorry if I'm doing something wrong. But I have a 2000 honda civic lx with a stock D16 and my spark plugs look really weird i talked to the guys at Orileys and they said it looks like its running lean but when i showed them the 3rd (3rd pic ill attach) they said it looks like this ones running rich which makes no sense to me. i think the black on the threads is just from oil burning but what I'm so confused about is how the ground strap is white. its not like deposits white its like it was painted white. and how only one plug had brown spots on the insulator. I do have a aftermarket air intake I'm not sure if that's causing it but when the people at Orileys said it looked like it was running lean that's what came to my mind but I'm not positive. I also used a scan tool thinking maybe the 3rd plug was misfiring or something but there was no misfire codes. So pretty much what im asking is for help diagnosing the spark plugs. so yea any help is appreciated. Thanks

(sorry couldnt figure out how to make the pictures smaller)
