I own a '93 Honda Civic LX and it is not running at the moment and I don't know very much about cars, but I want to learn. Is there anyone who would be willing to help me diagnose my car problem and help me fix it?

All I know right now is that it doesn't start.

Does the starter fail to crank the engine or does the starter crank fine but the engine won't start?

 

I think there are lots of us that enjoy solving such puzzles via forum, it's so much cleaner than actually working on a car....

As RonJ said, we need precise symptoms and descriptions of what is going on.
