Default vtec trouble shooting

hey guys, ne at this....i put an engine together b16 into an integra it had an ls/vtec before...
ok i have it running now and i just put a turbo t3 but i still havent done the piping so.....
my vtec wasn't working because it was unplug, now is working...i hear the vtec kick in but it makes a stutter noise when the vtec turns on at 4 1/2 rpms....instead of going faster it slows
down. slowly the engines revs up and when it hits about 6000 rpms it feels like it wants to go fast..
its weird because it doesn't show the check engine but i look at the computer and there is this code six and i check it and everything is plug in......i'm getting frustated checking everything again....anybody, somebody please help....

in order for me to do that i need to get a new computer, i going to mess around in a little bit see what happens.... o' and i always had this computer before it used to run perfect before at 4 1/2....i'm thinking, it doesn't tell me about a check engine but my computer is telling me yes, code six, maybe if check to see if i can find the problem and get no codes, maybe it will work find......it sounds like v-tec wants to kick in but it turns of it kicks it turns off in a really fast motion, like
yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes ....do you get me......

maybe the engagement and disengagment points are the same. it should disengage at least 100 rpms over where it engages.

so if it engages at 4500 on the way up, then it should disengage at 4600 or higher to keep from fluttering while you are around 4500.

i change turbo put a smaller kind, it was worst......v-tec was shoking.....it was awfull......what i did was take the turbo out and just run it with regular headers, what an improvement......vtec is a killer..what i think is that the v=tec wanted to open up to full throtle but the tubo would't let.....its a mistery for me......i heard that in order for the v-tec to work i need it to connect the 3 inj exaust......i don't know
