Default Trunk and Hood Hatch Lever Problems

The guy that I bought my car from broke his hood and trunk had controls...I have to use a pair of needle noses to open the hood. From what I see the lever was there and was ripped off and all that's left is the piece that you have to pull. Is there a way to replace it? Also, the trunk lid lever is broken too and I can't pull up on it to pop the trunk, any way that can be fixed too?

They're both a PAIN to do. YOu have to buy replacement cables and then run them. The hood latch cable runs through the firewalll then around the fender well to the front. The trunk release is harder because it runs all the way to the back along the side of the car.

I just want to replace the cover on the hood latch. The trunk I can work on myself.
