Turbo B18 loss of power

Took the IAC out and cleaned it. Changed the MAP sensor to a new one. Checked distributor. Changed plugs again.
When I reset the ECU it runes fine for 10 minutes or so, then starts losing power again. It's like the car has 60 horsepower when it does this, and it runs rich. Either this strange engine weakness, or a misfire.
