I was wanting to know? I just installed a D16Z6 head on my D15B7 block. I followed all the instructions but i did not have the money for a new computer just yet or a distributor that the head was missing. So i installed my D15B7 distributor in my D16Z6 head. I have the car back together but it seems real sluggish my turbo will not make but 4.5 psi of boost and hesitates up to 4500 rpm's. But i had the head looked at and a valve job done before i put it on i have a feeling that it has something to do with the distributor because its not the correct one for my current head. Im going to go head and purchase an computer for my car so that the v-tec will work correctly but i still think that my main issue is with timing because before i did the swap i was making 8.5 psi easily and the car ran like a bad out of hell[8D]. Now its like driving diesel jetta [:'(]you can hear the turbo but no performance what do i do.
