You have the p2p ecu which can not be chipped. You need to get a p28 ecu from a 92-95 civic and also convert from obdII to obd1 if you want to do the ecu route.

ok, but i was told that if my redline is 8k then the ecu was chipped, may it have already been changed? how can i find out?
