Default turn signals arn't working! help please

so the other day I installed my new kenwood headunit in my 2000 civic and I did it all right, bought a harness so I wouldnt have to cut my stock harness, matched up all the colors, let the dimmer, p. cont., and mute wires taped off by themselves because from what is saw I didnt need them and then got it mounted. The radio works fine but wont hold stations and the cd player wont read my cd's only sometimes it does so im sending it back to exchange it for a new one, but that same night I bought hyper white headlight bulbs and when I went to drive it after all this my blinkers no longer worked and my fuse is not blown but I doubt it is the bulbs so it must have something to do with my cd player, can anyone help me out and tell me how I can fix this problem, I would greatly appreciate it
thanks

chances are, you didn't plug the hazard switch back in.

yes, it is the hazard's, i had to drive without my center unit since someone broke into it, so i had my hazard plug just dangling out of the dash so it would work.
