Default TURN SIGNALS WONT WORK. PLEASE HELP

My 2003 civic's turn signals do not work. Turn signal lights on the inside of my car do not work as well. All of my other lights and electronics work perfectly. It's definitely not the fuses. I think it may be the flasher relay. Has anyone had this problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS!

If your not getting anything inside the car either, I would think Relay, but don't trust me on that, wait for more info.
