Default Tweaked Chassis, Replaced Hood, Want to fix gap

Okay so long story short, I rolled into the back of a HUGE truck going less than 5 MPH.

It totally owned my hood, so I decided to just get a CF hood.
I got the VIS OEM style CF hood, for 360.00 picked up.
I drove down to pick it up with no hood and just slapped it on in the parking lot.

The hood looks amazing, but there is a gap because the impact tweaked my chassis down.
I'm wondering if there is any way possible I could fix this myself..
Or, would I just have to take it into a body shop?
If anybody could give me a rough estimate as to how much it would be..
Anyways, thanks for your help in advance.
