Default Two engine ground wires???

I have two engine ground wires and was wondering are they both needed? I bought the car like this but have never seen any other civics with two engine ground wires. I want to remove the big red one on the back right of my engine and replace it the blue one from the right front. Will this be alright? Thanks guys.

I also have never seen two ground wires. I would think 1 would be enough.

the grounding wires on your car were added for a better grounding they help the grounding system because mostimport cars grounds are crappy and weak due to size, i would keep both of them just replace the one you want to change color.
