Default Unleaded gasoline

Hi guys,

i have a small question here:
i have a civic 1999, it is printed on the fuel tank lid to use regular/normal gasloine, but only the available one in my region is unleaded gasoline ,
is there any disadvantages in using this?

thanks

Here in the USA they've always run on unleaded. The non-Si models have low compression engines and aren't real particular about fuel. Make sure that the gas you buy has an octane rating of 85 or 87 or higher (rated by USA method.)
