Default unreliable driver's side window

hey guys, anybody having problems with their driver's side windows on a 99 ex coupe? i tell ya, everytime it rains, the next day when i roll my windows down, it always gets stuck up and doesn't roll all the way up again...had it fixed twice in alocal auto shop but it always happens again...it seems that everytime it gets wet, it always gets misaligned or something...anybody have any clues for a permanent solution aside from buying a new car? lol...

has the car ever been wrecked? in the door area?

I had a similar issue with my other car, turned out some jackass hung the door and screwed up the window regulator arm thing. Replaced it off ebay, never happened again.
