Default very concerned, please help

i recently noticed that my car has been running rather slugish, so i changed the fuel filter, distributor cap, plugs, wires, and changed oil and flushed the radiator while i was at it, i also put a new filter on my intake, however this did not help, also whenever my VTEC kicks in, it makes my car jerk, it never used to do that it used to just pick up and id hear the intake sucking in more, now it's like a very unsmooth jerk when it kicks in, what should I do? (no SES light is on either)

since it does not cost much, i would change the pvc valve.
guess you put on a new rotor ??
could be a vacuum leak.
cannot see that those small hoses are bad by looking.
only bout 3 dollars to replaces all the vacuum hoses.
helped me on a rough running 88 that i have.
did not do the large diameter one off of the brake booster, though.
