Default Weird noise at high rpms?

Ok, so I have a 2002 Honda Civic. A month or so ago I had some issues with the wheel shaking and a bad radiator, and got those replaced. Then the day I got it back, my head gasket blew, got that fixed, and got the car back a week ago. It drives amazingly, doesn't overheat or anything, but I've noticed that there's this odd metallic sounding rattling noise at high rpms.

The noise kicks in at about 0:03
Anyone know what the cause of this and possible solution could be?

It doesn't sound like any major noise. Some of the bearings on the alternator, A/C etc may be going bad. Listen under the hood and see if you can localize it more closely.
