Default Weird sound from engine bay

Hi everyone! I drive a 99 Civic Si with a 90 GSR head Swap. When this noise first came to my ears, I thought it were my tires hitting one of my fenders. So i raised up my car with my adjustable coilovers/shocks on all four. Still, the car was making that "tire hitting the fender" noise, but it's not the tires. I got a CEL (Check Engine Light) and it threw a code P1106--BARO Circuit Range/Performance and I can't locate this sensor. People said that its' in the ECU, but I'm not sure and I can't find it. When my car picks up speed, the noise gets louder and louder--I hate this because my car attracts people with this annoying sound. Makes me not want to drive my sweet ride no more. LOL! What I'm mainly looking for is that weird noise I'm talking about. Can anybody help me? Thank you in advance

You might have a bad wheel bearing.

Here's what the manual says about P1106:

The BARO sensor is indeed part of the ECU. Reset the code and see if it re-occurs. This should not cause funny noises from under the hood, so likely that is a separate problem.
