CEL="Check Engine Light" It comes on when the ECU detects a problem somewhere in the car, notifying you to "check your engine."

It's a light on your gauge cluster. It has a picture of an engine on it when it is lit. An easy way to find it is it lights up when you turn the ignition 2 clicks and turns off when the fuel pump is done priming.
Mine is orange in my Del Sol, was orange in my EG Civic, and is orange in my dad's Ford, so i'm guessing yours is probably orange as well.

If you're really having trouble finding it, unplug your o2 sensor's wiring harness and start up the car. CEL should come on very shortly.

The CEL (picture of an engine) is yellow and turns ON when one of the various sensors detects a system error.
