what systems are on fuse 15?
I have an a/t 2000 civic ex sedan and I keep blowing dash fuse 15 as soon as i start the car. I get blinking d4 light p1298, p0135, p0141, p1768, and no speedo. The codes are for primary o2, secondary o2, ELD, and linear solenoid.
I know about the TSB on fuse 15, but there are no harnesses in contact with the IM bracket, and my VIN isnt one that is affected.(and reset ecu for each)
I found an exposed o2 sensor wire and replaced the sensor. also swapped out other o2, all 3 trans sensors, and ECU with known working ones with no solution.
If someone could list for me all the systems on fuse 15, I thought i could unplug them all and then plug in one at a time until the fuse blows to locate the problem. I have looked in my chiltons manual, and my haynes pdf, but have had no luck finding a diagram with all the systems. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It's the stuff that's throwing codes-- the alternator, oxygen sensors, VSS, purge valves, transmission solenoids and sensors. Actually it is rare for a sensor to become a hard short to ground. Much more likely there is a frayed wire in the harness.
I eliminated both o2 sensors, ELD, alternator, lock up solenoid, and shift solenoid. When I plugged in both the linear solenoid, and upper EVAP valve the fuse blew. After that i ran out of 7.5 fuses, so I put in a 10 fuse. I plugged everything back in, and the 10 fuse hasnt blown at idle like all the 7.5 ones. could it damage the ecu or sensors to drive on the 10 amp fuse if it holds, until I pass inspection?
I just wanted to narrow down where Im looking for bad wires. I glanced everything over and saw no damage, but its dark and dirty in there.
just got back from the store with more 7.5 fuses. Put one in and hasnt blown yet at idle. must be my moving the harness around earlier unshorted it, and the 10 amp fuse made no diff.

could a connector that isnt fully plugged in cause a fuse to blow? because the evap valve I unplugged/plugged was replaced right before i bought the car, It would be nice if there was no short and this whole ordeal was from a plug not properly connected.
ran fine for 70 miles, then shorted out again on the 2 mile trip to get it inspected. ordered a harness on ebay for 110 shipped, guess that solves my problem. thanks for the input anyway though.
so, I put in my new harness and the car ran fine for a few months. then the same exact problem came back. I checked for contact all through the new harness, and there was no contact with hot or sharp surfaces. over the last 2 days new symptoms have occurred.
now, when i turn on the turn signal the tach cuts out, when i turn on the headlights the tach cuts and abs light comes on. when i turn on high beams, the radio shuts off.
any suggestions? am i right to suspect the cabin wiring harness going to the under dash fuse box and abandon the idea of engine harness blowing fuse 15?

apparently the alternator was being affected too, my battery died and I had to walk to walmart and buy a new one to give me enough juice to get home. when i got home I jiggled a bunch of harness parts in the cabin and connecting to the under hood fuse box and now everything is running perfectly again O_o
