Default What would you do if your ATF plug looked like this?

So I changed my atf got the first time since buying my 6th gen ex. There was heavy accumulation of metallic debris on the plug (see pics for before and after). What would you do in reaction to this? Full flush? More frequent changes? I'm thinking about changing it every 5000 miles for the next two servicings.

A full flush is generally not recommended if years of crud is evident. I would drain & fill after a month of driving and then every year for a couple of years before going back to every two years. Keep an eye on the color.

If I wanted keep the car, I would do partial flush (DRAIN AND REFILL, NOT POWER FLUSH ) to coincide with every engine oil change till there is no more crud on the plug and fluid is clean provided the car is driveable still.
