Ok, After getting an intake, and Header put on (the rest of the exhaust isn't on yet) I started up my car. Before the idle was fine, After Connecting the **** back together again, when I turn the car on the Idle goes up and down, and I dont mean like 100-200 RPMs, It sounds like around 1000 RPM jump, Then after a few seconds the RPMS sound like it's redlineing. By then I turn the car off not to make it heat up too much. Anyone know what causes that?

Vacuum leak. Check to make sure everything is nice and tight.

check that you didn't accidentally put something against the throttle arm while installing the intake...

I havn't checked the Vacum lines yet, so I'll look at them. And I'll check out what all my CAI is next to for that. Thanks for the responses, I really wanna get this car going good.

also, make sure to reset the ECU after you get those vac lines figured out. that will let your engine adjust for the extra airflow coming in and out.

pull the negative battery terminal for about 30 seconds. then put it back on. turn your car on and let it sit for fifteen minutes solid where you do NOTHING TO IT (NO REVS OR RADIO...etc). then turn it off all the way, remove the key. start it up immediately thereafter and you're good to go.

don't do this if your car is still going nuts and redlining like a sumb!tch

^you learn HOW to do this kind of stuff from people like Forty04, who take time out of their own lives to help people like us. pay attention to him and the rest. they're happy to help.

BlackedOut, try to get some pics of how you installed it. That might help us see the problem. Hopefully, it's something simple for you.

He is right, I forgot about the line not being connected, well not even there. So I gotta get the local Civic Expert to help me lol. I call him that cause thats his thing, hes got a sick little hatch, not one thing you can say is ricy on it. He also has a shop and a bunch of parts. But thank you all for the help. Thats one reason why I joined, to be more knowledgable, and to get the help needed. So again, Thanks guys.
