Default Whiny squeak from 0-25, goes away when you hit the brakes?

My g/f's 97 HX is making a really high, whiny squeak noise from 0-25mph.

Goes away when you tap/hit the brakes. So I'm assuming its the brakes - she changed them last year, so I don't think they would be bad yet, so maybe a stuck caliper? Other suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

It might be that her brakes are indeed worn out and they are hitting the squeelers on the pads. If it was a stuck caliper it would happen all the time.

Berz out.
