Default window track help or i'll burn the stupid car!

ok. lets suppose that the accord im working on is actually a fat civic, just so i dont get in trouble for posting this under general CIVIC help or whatever. anyone ever had any dealings with stupid power windows coming out of the tracks? when i get it where it seems it needs to be, it gets in a bind and there is no way the little electric motor is stronger than me in all my rage. wtf is going on here? ive spent like 2hrs on one dumb window for my buddy and no progress whatsoever. bummer. any ideas? should i try some ky on the freakin track? i get it in the track, lined up (i think), and then.... SNAG!!! i cant figure this one out. think i'll rivet in some plexiglass...

did you take out the door panels and tighten up the arms? make sure to have the windows all the way down and bring it back onto track. I think some lube on the tracks would help

the arm/motor assembly is completely unbolted. cant even get the window to get back in the tracks. properly, that is. it appears to be in the tracks correctly, but it binds up. gets stuck. frustrating...

then its not on the tracks correctly, lower the window all the way, and try to reset it on the tracks.
