Default Windshield Fluid...

my windshield washer fluid pump thing was all working fine like two weeks ago..
but then i ran out and didnt have any for like a week... and then today when i go to refill it the pump wont go!!! lol
i was wondering if its got like a fuse or something?
its about -4 degrees here in nevada right now and i dont really wanna have to take my whole bumper out to check if its the motor if i really dont have to...(there's snow all over) so i was wondering what could have caused it?
maybe a blown fuse? or is the weather just not letting it run like it should?

thanks!

its ehind the driver head light under your hood, its on the bottom of your windshield washer canister, its best to look up under the car

yeah it sucks... specially when your driving on the freeway and some big *** truck in front of you throws dirt on your windshield and you try to whipe it.... but it just smears it.
lol and without the fluid your screwed till you stop and clean it.. lol
