Default Wiper not working in cold weather

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with the wipers on my Civic 2002.

When it is very cold outside (around -15C) the wiper sometimes dont work at all. It turn the wiper on (any position) and absolutely nothing happen.
From what I can see, if the car warm up, I stop the car for a while and then I restart the car, the wipers start working again.

Should I replace the motor or could it be something else ??? Computer, ground...

Thanks

i would think it is the switch.
but if possible, i would wait until it warms up to see what happens.
need to turn the switch on and then check for voltage at the motor

I removed the grease in the gears box and added new one (Less of it, there was a big 'chunk' of grease in the gears). I cleaned the motor with contact cleaner and everythine worked fine this morning at -25C.

Case closed... Thanks everyone
