well while my dad was trying to get my car running today he said he hit the lever that makes my wipers go and now they wont turn off full blast...No matter what i turn it to or move it they just wont turn off.Anyone have any ideas on what I can do or if there is a fuse i can take out for now???

 

He probably broke the switch. It's one of the fuses under the dash or you can unplug the switch or the motor to stop them.

 

is it suppose to spit out washser fluid when you push it up cause it does that now and i only thought it was suppose to do that when you pulled it towards you.

 

Yes, it should only spray water when you pull the lever toward you.
