Default wiring harness problems

Hey i have a 97 civic lx that originally had a d16y7 in it. I am swapping in a d16z6 and i know im supposed to use the z6 harness but the ends that go into the computer arent the same. Is there like a converter or something I am supposed to use or is the wiring harness messed up?
