Alright well i have a 93 hatch cx..with the d15 and my car quit and wouldnt start so my buddy helped me out and gave me a distributor from an ek but he changed the plugs so it would fit and it ran for a week, then now it wont start agin! so i got a new distributor..and now it wont start still?? so i dunno...any one know?

 

Does it have spark? (and it is crank no start right?)

 

yea i dont know..it turns over, but there is no spark?

Take the spark plug wire out and either put it next to the engine block or attach a spark plug to it. Crank the car over and look for spark.

 

I'm going through the same thing right now, I traced mine all the way to the ECU, so I had to order a new one, so I ordered one that is chipped and programmed.

 

nice nice...same here i have tryed everything and im thinkin about the ecu? but i wasnt sure..my buddy is commin down and he has a hatch just like mine so im gunna try his ecu to see if it works

 

There is an online repair manual. I put the link down at the bottom of the post all you need to do is put a jumper wire into the two wire diag. plug under the pass. side of the dash. then turn your ign. to the on position. count the flashes then look up the trouble code to start further diag. of the problem.
