Default wtf is this?

I just bought a 91 crx si and its letting in water
there was a small puddle behind the drivers seat and some in the spare tire well too
i found a little hole in the spare tire well but nothing to let it in behind the drivers seat ive mostly taken the interior apart and found its coming from the roof but i cant find any holes and its not wet around the sunroof

I think it might have something to do with this hose

there was one on both sides in this location and felt like it went through and out of the car behind the bumper im assuming its a draining system for something

Does you car have a sunroof?, If so it most likely is the drain for the sunroof. Why that liquid is orange beats me.

Lol, you're car is leaking gatorade?

It's the drain for the sunroof channels, it can get clogged sometimes and plug up and leak, just find the clog and clean out the system. The orange could be explained by some sort of rust from somewhere.

Rust, or nasty bacterial water that you don't want to attempt to smell...
