1989 civic turns over but won't start

hi i have a 1989 honda civic dx pgm fi 1.5 this car last week ran ok but last tues pm i went out to leave and now it just cranks but won't start.
i have replaced igniter,coil, checked spark,fuel pump,all fuses,all related relays
ecu now and has been flashing 10 flashes i hope it might be the iat but can anyone let me know for sure.

Well it would seem as though if you have fire but is it good fire? Check the plugs, gap and distib to insure they are fine. What else is going on with it? fuel filter,ect. Good luck though I know it frustrating. My wife's 99 crv wont idle with out the oil and coolant on the money and its weird but it's a honda. Good luck bra...
