88 civic steering

I want to improve the handling of my project. Is there a power rack that I can transplant into my car that will quicken the steering?

power steering will not quicken the rack. if you have a 4th gen quaife (sp?) makes a rebuild kit that puts a better ratio in it to quicken it up. i don't know the cost tho.
