HI folks from New Brunswick Canada. I had a 99 Accord DX. It was getting very tired so I retired her and picked up a 99 Civic Ex. After a month in my garage it is on the road and running like a charm. Honda does make a good vehicle but the salt we have on the roads in the winter takes it's toll on all cars. Rust is the culprit that sends many cars to the grave yard up here.
The teal Civic has only 190,000 Km on it ( just under 120,000 miles ) hardly broken in. So here I am fresh from the Accord site.
Checking the gas mileage. First tank 400 km. installed a new O2 sensor last week, working on the second tank. Looking for 600 km and I will know all is good with the engine.

Here in NB I bought a 99 Civic for under a thousand $ A 99 Honda Foreman ATV will set you back $3000. Is it the same where you live?

actually, where I live, it would probably be the other way around. Alotta 99-00 civics go for around 3-4k depending on the condition. But I'd bet that I couldn't get a grand out of our old Honda ATV

 

OK, I need to bring my Civic there and trade it for a few Honda 450's ATV's. With $4000 here I would be looking at a 03-05 civic private sale. Cars here loose their value quickly.
