Default Is it a b16as engine?

Hi everyone! I just bought a 1999 Honda Civic Si. I don't know much of cars, but I'm thinking I've been ripped by the owner. The block says b16a2, but when I look at the head, it didn't fully cover the blockwhich left about half of a 1/2 inch of the block showing. The area where i see the block is showing is leaking oil there. I was thinking that it might be a blown head gasket, but the water and oil aren't mixed. I can't tell if the intake manifold is SI or if the tranny is SI. There has been alot of crap that looks su****ious. I've been googling for b16a2 motors to compare it to mine, but i can't find any. Does anybody know where I can find a website that has pictures of a stock b16a2 motor?
