I just got my new 2006 honda civic sedan LX royal blue metallic. I want to give it at least 10 more horses but I can't stand the thought of making it sound rediculous. I'm working on a tight budget considering the car payments so i'm looking to do something cheap and painless. Let me know what you think. thanks

 

We cant stand it either, belive it or not an intake and exhaust will make it sound good. Dont worry about sound because I know exactly what you are talking about. Here is a vid of my car at the time with an Short ram intake and exhaust.

What's the difference between short ram and cold air intake?

 

Short ram is in the engine, while cold goes down into the bumper. They both have ups and downs. I only have the short because of where I live. Im not going to write all oif this out but go into the intak section and you will find all the info you need to make a decision.
