We've just gotten my wife a Fit 2009 Auto Sport, and the FitFreak.net forum was invaluable in that search. So I figured it was time to find the corresponding Civic Forum.

And as the title suggests, I have a low mileage '02 (January) Civic EX (Auto). Lived in a rural area for the first couple of years of the Civic's life, drove it 24k in that time. Then drove it cross country, another 4k. Since moving out to the other coast, it's just approaching 50k.

The Civic still feels new, with decent maintenance, except for the dog hair and smell Replaced the original battery at the 5 yr mark. Just replaced the tires at the 6.5 yr mark. I'm thinking it's probably ready for some more major maintenance, and tips would be appreciated.

 

Always inspect water pump and timing belt. They usually go fast. Well at least mine did. Always take it in for maintenance and it should run till at least 150 000 miles.
