Engine Conversion???

i was thinking about putting a prelude 2.2 vtec engine in my 3 door hatch EG civic, pick 1 up off ebay about 300-400 qwid. Anyone know what they're like to fit and what else i have to get for the swap (uprated brakes, suspension etc.)
