I am Phillip Burch, 17 years old, and I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX.

I plan on tuning it a little, but as of now its stock.
I am at school right now, but I can have pics and things up later. I am good with making signatures in Photoshopif any one needs one, or needs help making one.
