Wussup peeps? My name is Randal Juneau. I just bought a 1996 Civic Ex Coupe. It's not the best lookin civic right now. I bought it for 700 Bucks. It's not runnin yet but the guy I bought it from told me that it was just the starter, but I'm guessin he doesnt know to much about cars. I got the starter tested at auto zone and it is fine. I'm still tryin to get it runnin but i dont think it will be too much longer. I think its just somethin like either the ignition switch, the main relay or the fuel pump. I really havent been able to do too much with it right now cause I've been workin, but when I get off I will get it runnin in no time. It needs a lil body work but it's nothin I cant handle. I had a 92 civic hatch that I dropped an ls motor into it and it was lookin and runnin good. Unfortanantly, I had to sell it a few years ago, because I had a kid. I'm good now so I bought this one and plan to hook it up.

 

welcome to HCF, not a good idea to buy a car knowing that there is a problem but not 100% sure what it is. but good luck and finding the problem and getting it fixed. i guess if you can get it fixed for under $2000 its still a steal depending on how good the interior and exterior is and the mileage isn't too high

 

Well it is a serious steal. I will get it runnin for less then 100 dollars. I know what i'm doin thats why I bought the car. The interior is perfect except for the driver door panel but that wont be hard to fix either. The only major thing wrong with it is the passenger side on the outside is beat up a lil, but like I said I know what I'm doin. This car will look and run totally different when im finished. The miles are a lil high i think around 146,000, but that doesnt matter anyway either because i will be droppin a gsr into it. I got a good steal with it. I will post before and after pics to show my skills and my fiya ride. Holla.
