I just got a 93 civic 1.5 and can't figure out why it hesitates when it's at normal operating temperature. When it is cold it runs great . It seems like when the thermostat opens it starts to sputter when I am taking off. Almost like it's flooding itself out. I hope that someone can help , I would really appreciate it.
