Microsoft.com has a paultry little program called "image resizer." It's a 2 second download and it puts a resizer in your "right click."

I use Irfanview... reccommended by Myspace... and super easy to use

photobucket now also can resize your pics for you automaticaly when you upload em... FINALY.... makes resizing them realy easy and quick!!!!!!!

you can resize an image using photoshop or about any other image program.
