im looking for 17s or smaller in decent condition with tires, they are for a 99 ex so must be 4 lug and must be on the cheaper side too (less than 350) and the tires must be in good shape i can trade 14 inch steelies with great tires(less than 3 months old)

so i can buy outright or trade the 14s and cash too
