Well, just two days from getting the title for a 1993 civic dx coupe, I was told he was giving it to his brother. Now I'll have to wait to save up more than 200.00 to buy something else. What body type would be the best to invest in, never mind the engine, that can be swapped. I would like to know the body type and year that is easiest to work with and yields great results. If you know someone selling one please let me know...Thanks

sorry to hear man,you were pretty happy about the car..ya i agree with mxs, go with the 99-00 style or a 95 style

4th gen hatch is lighter, but 5th gen hatches are close, and b series swaps are easier.

Anything B-series is a good bet. And like sacicons said, a nice light 4th or 5th gen hatch would be sweet. I personally perfer the 99-00 coupes, but thats just me

I like 5th gen coupes, BUT a 4th gen hatch is a better choice...

the 6th gen coupes (96-00, 99-00 are best b/c of slight changes) are the best looking... as far as Im concerned..... but if you're gonna swap a motor... then maybe get somethin cheap with high miles like a pre 95 hatch....
